Raise Awareness Against Domestic Violence
Sigma Alpha Zeta supports advocacy against domestic violence as our national philanthropy. We believe raising awareness against domestic violence benefits our community and campus,. Here at Delta Chapter we emphasize on raising awareness of Domestic Violence against all ages, races, gender and sexuality.
Our annual event, Symbols of Love was established October 2011 by one of our sisters, with the mission to raise funds and awareness towards important domestic violence organizations and shelters. From time to time we also participate in community service events where the focus is on domestic violence. We hope to make Symbols of Love bigger and better every year. We strive to reach out to as much of the community as possible, whether on or off campus.
